Thermal Unit Replacements

If your window or door glass breaks or becomes foggy (condensation in between the panes of glass), a full window replacement isn’t typically necessary. We can supply and install new thermal units (a.k.a. sealed or insulated units) for your windows, doors, side lites or transoms.

We offer many variations of thermal unit replacement including:

• Double or triple pane
• Annealed, tempered or laminated glass
• Decorative or tinted glass such as pinhead, acid-etch (frosted), smoked grey, bronze and more
• Energy efficiency options such as low-e, argon and solarcool reflective glass coatings
• Decorative grills available in different colours, patterns and sizes
• Aluminum (standard), white or black spacers

We replace all sealed units with low-e & argon (unless requested otherwise) and with the same existing qualities of the unit however if you’re interested in different options, please let our technician know.

Note: We only replace thermal units, we do not repair existing thermal units by replacing the gas and resealing. This type of repair is ineffective, and we do not recommend it.
