In-Store Services

We always enjoy seeing our customers in person. We have a brick-and-mortar location therefore we encourage you to stop in to discuss your needs, ask questions, place an order, view our showroom or drop off an item for repair. Our showroom has a small display of windows and showers, otherwise we have a variety of product catalogues that you can take home to view.

Some in-store services include:

• Order window and door hardware and parts
• Request a quote or place an order for windows, doors, glass, services, etc.
• Purchase glass cleaner, glazing putty, mirror glue, silicone sealant, caulking, standard sized ½” beveled edge mirrors, mirror clips (products in stock)
• Drop off items for repair such as window and patio door screens, storm and wood windows for glass replacement, miscellaneous items with glass or mirror to replace or install, etc. If you can bring it in, it potentially saves a service call.
• Place an order for custom cut glass, mirror, Plexi-glass or Lexan

Orders placed or items dropped off for repair normally require at least 2-3 business days to process, depending on the service required and how busy our technicians are (spring, summer and fall are typically busy).
